Our Project Management services cover your project from concept to

Consultation
In the Consultation phase, we begin with a discovery analysis of your
project. This is where we’ll discuss the potential site, the layout
configuration, the type of attractions you desire, the themes that
interest you, basic budgetary guidelines and other important items to
begin your project in the right direction.

Design
In the Design phase, we begin developing a concept that fits within
your goals and visually depicts the themed environment and props as they
will appear at completion. This visual design can include a number of
things depending on your needs; from sketches to color illustrations to
clay figures, 3D computer models, laser scanned images, décor
recommendations, room finishes, attraction layouts, and more.
Generally, upon the substantial completion of the Design phase, we
will present a proposal for the fabrication of your project or specific
pieces depending on the scope of work required. This process ensures we
accurately understand your needs and enables us to design a themed
environment that will exceed your expectations.

Fabrication
In the Fabrication phase, our team takes the next steps to begin

the design with careful attention to detail by utilizing time-tested
methods of construction, mastered techniques for finishing, and modern
machinery to achieve consistent results.
