ThemeFX.com is the online division of Creative Works, Inc., the premier designer and builder of themed facilities for the entertainment industry (laser tag facilities, bowling and skating centers, restaurants, family entertainment facilities, nightclubs and other venues).

OFFLINE ORDERING:

If you would rather order offline, you may either call us TOLL FREE at 1-877-843-6348 to place your order over the phone, or you may print-out our ORDER FORM (PDF Format) and either fax it back with your credit card information or mail it to us with your check or money order.

PRIVACY POLICY:

ThemeFX.com will never willfully disclose individual identifiable information about its customers to any third party. We do not believe in selling our customer names to anyone else. For more information on our privacy policy, please CLICK HERE.

MINIMUM ORDER POLICY:

Do to our low prices, ThemeFX.com has a $25.00 minimum order policy. Orders under this amount are subject to a $5.00 service charge.

PAYMENT METHODS:

ThemeFX.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club credit cards for all product purchases. For your protection, we check all credit cards and verify "bill to" addresses with credit card banks when processing orders.

Should you wish to mail-in your payment, please make your check or money order out to Creative Works (the parent company of ThemeFX and the name that will show up on your credit card bill for credit card orders) and send to: 4084 Pendleton Way, Suite 284, Indianapolis, IN 46226 with your order attached. Please call us ahead of time to get your accurate shipping charges. NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 charge.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless otherwise specified or if the item is out-of-stock. Occasionally, a product may be out of stock. If your item it back ordered and is scheduled to reach the ThemeFX warehouse within seven (7) business days, your order will be held up in order to complete your shipment. In the event of a delay of more than seven (7) business days, we will notify you by phone or email.

The standard shipping method is UPS for the majority of the products listed on our web site. They are calculated directly from the UPS web site. Heavyweight shipments such as many of the Themed Props will be handled via common carrier. You will be contacted with the correct shipping charges if this method must be used, and your credit card will not be charged until you accept the total charges. Other ship methods are available at customer's request.

Free shipping applies to the 48 continguous states for all Fusion Fog Juice Case orders ONLY and a $50 flat shipping fee applies to all Fusion Fog Juice Drum orders.

NOTE: Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses are not refundable and are subject to a 10% (of total order) handling and restocking fee applied to your credit card.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

All orders are shipped FOB Mooresville IN or from the city of the supplier in cases of drop shipment. (This means ownership of the item transfers from us to you the moment it is picked up by the shipping company.)

Claims for shipping damage should be made with the carrier immediately. If possible, you should make the claim when you take possession of the package and have the delivery person make a note of the damage when you sign for it. If the damage is hidden and found later, contact the carrier immediately (for UPS shipment damage, please call their customer service center at: 1-800-742-5877). It is very important that you save all of the packaging materials and cartons until the claim has been settled. Sometimes the carrier will want to examine them.

RETURNS:

Some items may be returned within 20 days for credit less a 15% restocking fee and the initial shipping charges, provided they are in new condition and in the original packaging. Special order and date sensitive items are not returnable (such as attractions, themed props, paint, fog juice and any special order items). Defective or incorrectly shipped items may be returned for credit or replacement. All claims for shortages, defective, or incorrectly shipped items must be made by contacting ThemeFX at (317) 834-4770 within 48 hours of delivery. All items being returned to ThemeFX must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly marked on each package. Contact ThemeFX to obtain this number. Shipping costs on all returned items must be prepaid without exception. Shipments without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Complete terms of the warranty are packed with the product. Bulbs, paint, and fog juice are some of the items not warranted. If any item is under warranty and has a problem, please follow the instructions on the warranty card included with the product. In most cases, you will be contacting the manufacturer directly. We recommend you keep the products’ original box and packing in the unlikely event the product must be returned or repaired at a later date.
